ABOUT  POCO STORAGE

 
Poco Storage has been family owned and operated since early 1970.  Our storage units were constructed by our grandfather and father.  Our family home was converted into an office which still resides on the property alongside the "original" Poco office which we transformed into a beautiful church.

Our family continues to operate the business, and we take great pride in our lovely hometown of Santa Fe.  Poco Storage caters to locals and our prices are the lowest in the city.

STORAGE FAQs

  • Are your storage units secure?
    Our facility is fully fenced in with a new gate to allow access. All tenants are provided with their own entry codes.  Utilize your PIN to gain access and keep others out.
 
  • Do you use security cameras?
    Multiple video cameras continuously monitor our units 24 - 7.
 
  • Can I access my unit on weekends?
    When renting a storage unit, you will have immediate access, including weekends.
 
  • How long are the leases?
    All contracts are month-to-month, however, we do require a 30-day written notice prior to moving out.
 
  • Are there any items you do not allow to be stored in your units?Items you cannot store in our units - Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables and vehicles.
